🏡 Townkins: Attractions & Scenic Points Guide
🎢 Building Attractions
As you level up, you’ll receive quests to build attractions. These aren’t optional—you can complete them at your own pace, but skipping them will eventually block your progress. Without enough scenic points, you won’t be able to:
- Expand your town
- Build essential food production machines
🌱 Scenic Points
Scenic points are represented by a little green sprout icon. To find yours:
- Look at the upper left corner of your game screen
- To the right of your profile picture, you’ll see:
- A star with your level number and XP progress
- Your scenic points total just below that
Decorations add scenic points, but not nearly as much as attractions do.
🏗️ How to Build Attractions
- Open the Build Menu and tap the treehouse icon (6th from the left)
- You can build one of each attraction
- Attractions get more expensive as you level up—so plan ahead and save coins
- You’ll also need specific materials to build each one
Example:
The last attraction I built was the Pirate Ship Ride, which cost 53,800 coins.
My next unlock was at Level 56, but I couldn’t see the cost until I reached it.
The Carousel unlocks at Level 59—and it’s the one I wanted most. I love horses and carousels.
If you can’t build the next attraction, you may also be blocked from building the food production machinery tied to that level.
🤝 Attraction Quests & Interactions
Occasionally, you’ll get a quest from Kyle asking you to get friends or neighbors to interact with one of your attractions. You’ll have 24 hours to reach a specific number of interactions.
Once you hit the goal, the quest icon will say COLLECT, and you’ll receive your reward. If you miss it, another quest will come eventually—but it’s worth completing when you can. It’s an easy reward for minimal effort.
🧠Tips for Helping Helpers
- Place interaction items in visible, accessible spots
- Avoid hiding small items (like the watermelon) behind large decorations (like the Animatronic doll)
- Yes, players can rotate the town 360°, but most will do a quick scan—if they don’t see the green sprout icon, they’ll move on
When asking for help in chat:
- Be specific! “I need interactions” is vague and slows things down
- Instead, say: “Can people interact with my Teacup Ride?”
As Buffy the Vampire Slayer would say: “Can you vague that up for me?”
